Terms of Service

By creating an AJ Spa account or booking a session you agree to these terms. AJ Spa is an in-home spa booking service through the apps. You must be at least 17 years old.

Bookings are for personal, non-medical wellness services. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow any health advice from your own clinician.

You are responsible for providing a safe, accurate address and for being present at the scheduled time. Cancellation and rescheduling rules shown in the app apply.

Prices include VAT as displayed at checkout. Payment is collected through Paymob (cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Unpaid bookings may remain pending until payment is confirmed.

Staff accounts are invited by AJ Spa. Social sign-in never grants staff or admin access by itself.

We may suspend accounts that abuse therapists, submit fraudulent bookings, or violate Saudi law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
